Security
How Telosii handles trust during beta.
Telosii stores routines, tasks, calendar data, coaching context, voice inputs, and analytics data. These controls explain how that data is protected and where users stay in control.
Account access
Accounts are protected by Supabase authentication. Account sessions are scoped to the signed-in user, and application data is written against that user identity.
If you lose account access, start with Forgot password or contact support from the email address on your account.
Calendar access
Calendar integrations are optional. When connected, Telosii requests permission to read, create, update, and delete calendar events so your planned schedule and external calendar can stay aligned.
You can disconnect Google or Outlook calendars from settings. Reconnecting may be required if the calendar provider revokes or expires access.
Sensitive inputs
Voice capture, email inbox forwarding, map/location lookup, coaching messages, and schedule data are processed only to provide Telosii features such as task capture, planning, coaching, and calendar sync.
Do not add highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for how you use the product.
Analytics
During beta, Telosii may use product analytics and session recording tools to understand bugs, onboarding friction, feature usage, and reliability issues.
Analytics should help us diagnose product problems. It is not used to sell personal data.
Data control
You can export account data and delete your account from the Data section in settings. You can also contact privacy@telosii.com for privacy requests.
Read the Privacy Policy for the full data handling terms.
