Email hello@telosii.com for account access, billing, data, or product questions.
If you are already signed in, you can also use the in-app feedback widget to send context-rich bug reports and product feedback.
What to include
- The email address on your Telosii account.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- The page, device, browser, and approximate time of the issue.
- For schedule or calendar issues, include the affected date, block, event, or integration.
Common issues
- Account access: use Forgot password or contact support if your sign-in provider changed.
- Billing questions: open the billing section in settings or email us with the email address on your account.
- Calendar sync issues: disconnect and reconnect the calendar from settings, then contact support if the issue continues.
- Data requests: export your data or delete your account from the Data section in settings, or email privacy support.
Beta expectations
Telosii is in beta, so bug reports and user feedback are part of the product process. We prioritise issues that block account access, payment, data control, onboarding, or schedule accuracy.
For urgent account or billing issues, email directly instead of relying only on in-app feedback.
